Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years and suspension of qualifications for each of three years.

However, the above imprisonment for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

I. All Facts

1. On September 5, 1980, the Defendant: (a) joined the “F”, which is an anti-government organization; (b) served as the central committee member; and (c) served as the person in charge of the instigates and Uniform Electric Unit; and (d) was sentenced by the Seoul High Court to imprisonment for life with violating the National Security Act, etc. on September 5, 1980; (b) was released on December 21, 1988 in the Daegu Prison.

On Nov. 30, 1994, the Defendant: (a) served as an instructor of Kim Il-sung as an instructor in accordance with North Korea’s order; (b) served as an anti-government organization’s organization; (c) served as a general measure; (d) served as an anti-government organization; and (e) served as an anti-government organization; and (e) served as an anti-government organization’s branch; and (e) served as an anti-government organization’s branch order; and (e) served as an anti-government organization’s branch order; and (e) served as a State secret for the purpose of committing a violation of the National Security Act by the Seoul Central District Court on Nov. 30, 1994; and (e) served as an imprisonment for life in the whole prison on Aug. 15, 1998; and (e) served as a suspension of execution on Aug. 15, 199

2. On July 2005, October 2, 2005, the Defendant’s activity status: (a) performed activities as central members and advisers of “I (Ma: I) South Korean side headquarters”; (b) advisers of “J”; (c) advisers of “K Southern Committee Science Division”; (d) advisers of “K sports headquarters”; (c) advisers of “M”; and (d) persons in charge of the war against “N”, and praises and promotes North Korea systems, such as principal ideas and political groups.

3. The North Korea’s anti-government organization is an anti-government organization that was unlawfully organized with the aim of representing the government and disturbing the nation, and established the basic goal of the hostile unification of the Korean Peninsula. Based on the historical interpretation based on the legal theory of historical evidence and the war for rank, North Korea’s history is defined as the war for the class of controlling class against the class of control, and the South Korean society is the strong point of the anti-stateism.
