A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and suspension of qualifications for two years.

However, the above imprisonment for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. All facts;

A. On December 28, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in one year and six months from the Daegu District Court for the crime of violation of the National Security Act (the composition, etc. of a foreign organization), and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 6, 2008.

B. On March 1996, the Defendant entered the management department of C University, and served as the president of C University’s total student group, D Organizations (hereinafter “E Organizations”) and the representative of the 11th D Organizations (hereinafter “E Organizations”).

The Defendant, while serving as a member of the central enforcement of the “F organization,” a dual executive body in around April 21, 2009, was sentenced to a dual executive body under the National Security Act by the Seoul Central District Court around April 21, 2009, and participated in the “G organization,” which actually succeeded to the ideology, route, organization, and figures of the F organization as they are, and from January 8, 201, participated in the activities of the “H organization,” which is the Daegu and North Korean regional organization under the said “G organization,” and is acting as a representative by organizing the “H organization,” on February 25, 2012.
