A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and suspension of qualifications for each year.
However, the period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 20, 1971, the Defendant was born in the Haak-gun C of the Haak-do, Haak-do, and graduated from D kindergarten and E high school. On September 20, 198, the Defendant entered the F university chemical department located in the Haak-si, Haak-do and graduated from around March 200.
Since then, around August 1, 2002, the Defendant was appointed as a teacher of H middle school in G at the time of the Hahbuk-do Council Ordinance, and entered the Incheon Airport around July 4, 2005 through China and Cambodia.
After entering the Republic of Korea, the Defendant completed a curriculum, such as attending a law-abiding lecture, such as the National Security Act, at the North Korean Residents Protection Center after entering the Republic of Korea. On July 12, 2007, the Defendant was discharged into a society on July 12, 2007, and was living with the assignment of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I apartment house.
2.
