The punishment of the accused shall be eight months by imprisonment.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, around April 2012, at the time of the seizure of the registration number plate of the B Trackdo passenger car owned by the Defendant, had the intent to arbitrarily attach the registration number plate of another car to the said Trackdo passenger car and operate it.

On April 13, 2012, the Defendant illegally used the registration number plate, which was acquired at the front day of the Osung apartment located in the Cran apartment located in the Cr. Br. Br. Br. C around April 2012, 2012, for the purpose of using the Cr. Br. Br. C’s registration number plate, which was arbitrarily attached to the Cr. Br. Cr. car, for the purpose of exercising it by arbitrarily attaching it to the Cr. Br. car.

B. On January 8, 2013, from the date, time, place, and January 13:20, 2013, the Defendant used an illegal use air defense event: (a) attached and operated a motor vehicle registration number plate on the said Crado car as stated in the foregoing paragraph, as if the registration number plate was properly delivered from the competent authority, and exercised it.

2. On May 6, 2013, at around 11:30, the Defendant driven a D-car without a car driver’s license for approximately KRW 200 meters from the front side of the large-scale market in the Dong-dong of Gwangju-gu to the front side of the central elementary school in the same Gu-dong.

3. On May 11, 2013, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, counterfeited private documents, and uttering of a falsified document, as described in the foregoing paragraph 2, at the front of the large-scale market in the Dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-gu, Gwangju, Gwangju, Dong-dong Police Station, and demanded to present identification cards from the slope E belonging to the traffic safety department of the Dong-dong Police Station in charge of traffic control while driving a car as described in the foregoing paragraph 2, and presented the resident registration certificates of the Dong-gu, in his possession as the Defendant, to deny another’s resident registration certificates. The Defendant is named as F, resident registration number column, G, and F, in his name, for the purpose of signing and exercising the certificate on his name.
