A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 7, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of suspension of the execution on April, 2016, with imprisonment for violating the Automobile Management Act, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 24, 2016.

On May 2015, the Defendant lost the registration number plate of the D Car owned by the Defendant and was unable to operate it, and sentenced to theft of the same registration number plate of the same model and attachment it to the car for operation.

1. On July 2015, the Defendant: (a) removed and stolen the front registration number of G Kanman car owned by the victim F, who was parked in the front public parking lot E in Ansan-si, Ansan-si.

2. The Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act by unlawful use of air defense, and the vehicle registration number plate was attached to the passenger car owned by the Defendant for the purpose of cutting off and exercising the G number plate at the time and place specified in the foregoing paragraph (1) by means of the foregoing paragraph (1), and used it unlawfully and at the same time.

3. From July 23, 2015 to September 27, 2015, the Defendant exercised an air defense that was illegally used by attaching a registration license plate to a car owned by the Defendant in the Kaxa car owned by the Defendant in the same manner as the foregoing paragraph (2) at the Kaxa-gun, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.

The injured party owns the G Kaman car, and the Kaman car is owned by the public parking lot located in the 9444 of the member-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City in Ansan-si from September 2014.
