1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

2. Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

1. Although a motor vehicle registration number plate attached to a motor vehicle violating the Motor Vehicle Management Act is not detached, except where permission is obtained from the Mayor/Do governor or where there are special provisions in other Acts, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the rice market, was detached by using the front and rear motor vehicle registration plate of his/her B pressle vehicle at the front and following the front of his/her B pressle vehicle at the Seosan-si, Seosan

2. Illegal use of air defense and unlawful use of air, and events for the protection of air;

A. On November 201, 2012, the Defendant kept the registration number plate of a vehicle of one’s own Cpoter in custody due to a tax delinquency, etc. at KRW Cposiwon, and used it unlawfully by attaching the number plate to Cpoter vehicle and attaching it to Cpoter vehicle for the purpose of exercising.

B. On April 11, 2013, around 19:53, the Defendant, from the Defendant’s house located in Seosan-si D, to the Escopic distance, exercised the air units illegally used by operating the cpoter with a license plate after operating the cposp vehicle, as above, in approximately two km section from the Defendant’s house located in Seosan-si D to the Escopic distance.

3. Around April 11, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving the C Poter vehicle without a driver’s license from the Defendant’s house located in Seosan-si D to the Escopon distance from about 2 km to Escopic.
