A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall detached a motor vehicle registration number plate without obtaining permission from the Mayor/Do Governor;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the Mayor/Do Governor on October 2018, 2018, detached the registration number plate attached to the front and rear side of the E-Spppppppppp motor vehicle owned by the Defendant in the front and rear side of the E-Sppppp motor vehicle owned by the Defendant in the front and rear side of the Fppppp motor vehicle owned by the Defendant.

2. The Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act and the date and time stated in paragraph (1), and without authority, attached the E registration number plate removed as described in paragraph (1) to the franchise owned by the Defendant and used it unlawfully.

3. Illegal-use air defense events and violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act were operated by the Defendant, from around October 2018 to around November 2018, 2018, when he went to and out from the roads of the Defendant’s dwelling, Kimhae-si apartment, to the C e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e.

Accordingly, the defendant operated a motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, and exercised an air that is illegally used.
