A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at around 15:05 on January 8, 2014, driven B 1km in the section of approximately 1km from the front of the construction site adjacent to the Gun Northwest-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, to the front of the Gun North Tolol in the same side, without a driver’s license.

1. Intrusion upon a structure, theft;

A. On August 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of heavy scamblock; (b) entered the “E” agent of the “E” agent of the Defendant’s Masan-si C Victim D operation in Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (c) intruded into another agency without surveillance; and (d) committed a theft of the amount equivalent to KRW 240,000,000,000 in the middle 6 market value on the part of the Defendant’s driver’s car.

B. On September 1, 2013, the Defendant entered the said agency in the same manner as at the same place as at around 07:00, and intruded into the said agency in the same manner as at the same time, and subsequently, the Defendant stolen 320,000 won of the eight market prices as at the time of loading the cargo on the part of the Defendant’s driver.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. At around 07:00 on August 18, 2013, the Defendant, without a car driver’s license, driven the 2-3km truck at the 2-3km off from the day before the establishment of the Defendant’s house F, Changwon-si, Changwon-si via the said “E” agent, to the same Gu Private School 288 (Completion Dong).

B. Around 07:00 on September 1, 2013, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven the said cargo vehicle at 2-3 km from the Pacific Center via the said “E” agency on the front of the said Defendant’s home.
