A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On July 27, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Chungcheong District Court’s Assistance, etc. on August 1, 2012, and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 1, 2012, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence on March 8, 2014 while serving in the Ganbuk Vocational Training Prison.

1. On May 12, 2015, at around 11:00 on May 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) parked the Defendant’s E-wing truck in front of the house managed by the victim D; and (b) intruded into the vehicle by using any cresh without any difference; (c) then, the victim’s market value in storage was 20,000 won, one of the power arms owned by the victim; (d) one of the towing machines in excess of 3.50,00 won in market value; and (e) one box of the tools in the market value was loaded on the vehicle.

2. On June 3, 2015, from around 07:30 to June 3, 2017:00 of the same day, the Defendant driven the said cargo vehicle on a total of 23 occasions between around 110km without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 110km from the 10km to the 14th road in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, the 101-si, from the 101-si parking lot of Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, the Defendant driven the said cargo vehicle from April 21, 2015 to June 3, 2015, as indicated in the list of crimes.
