Around 16:00 on January 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven the above cargo vehicle and opened a walk container door, which was owned by the victim G in F at the same time; and (b) intruded into the walket warehouse, and prepared in advance the amount equivalent to KRW 1,050,000 in the wals market price of the walk container 60 container boxes; and (c) moved the said cargo vehicle to the 60 container boxes; and (d) loaded the said cargo vehicle.

3. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On January 2, 2015, at around 20:0, the Defendant driven a C1 ton cargo vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license on the section of about 10km prior to the chief of the “I” road located in the same Si H via a road in front of the warehouse of the orchard, which is owned by the said E, in the same city D, from the road in Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si.

B. At around 16:00 on January 10, 2015, the Defendant driven the said truck without obtaining a driver’s license on a approximately 7 km section of the Defendant’s house located in J through the road in front of the head of the said G in the same city F, which is the owner of the said G in the same city, and the road in front of the head of said G, via the road in front of the head of the said “I” department.
