Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, from the date of the conclusion of the judgment, the Defendants are above two years from the date of the judgment.

Punishment of the crime
[2016 Highest 502]
1. On January 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) moved to a police bus in front of the dong-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, for the purpose of drinking alcohol measurement; and (b) demanded D (49) the process leading up to the police station C of the Daegu Central Police Station to “B to send water to B.” However, D to the Defendant, “the water shall be as prescribed, and a person who is not a person subject to control shall not board the police vehicle,” who assaults the chest part of D with drinking and blue blus, and “the bit bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch.”
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of official duties of police officers on the crackdown on driving of drinking alcohol.
2. [2016 Highest 575] Defendant B received a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 from the Daegu District Court on January 15, 2008 due to a violation of Road Traffic Act (drinking), and on March 20, 2008, the Daegu District Court issued a summary order of KRW 3 million due to a violation of Road Traffic Act (drinking).

B As above, a person who violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act more than twice, and driven a Hbenz car at the 20-meter section of approximately 20 meters from the Do in front of his name in Jung-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, to the four-distance road located in Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, while under the influence of alcohol at around 22:50 on January 14, 2016.
