A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. Sale and purchase of psychotropic drugs;
A. On October 1, 2015, the Defendant transferred KRW 100,000,00 in the name of the price for psychotropic drugs to a post office account under the name of the Defendant, from C, to 10,000,000,000 in the name of psychotropic drugs, and around October 2, 2015, around 02:00 of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D apartment 1104, placed approximately 0.2g of the philopon contained on the road of 1104-dong-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul.
B. On December 23, 2015, the Defendant was transferred KRW 50,000,000, in the name of the phone-on account in the name of C around December 23, 2015 to the post office account in the name of the Defendant on December 23, 2015.
C. On January 18, 2016, the Defendant transferred KRW 70,000,000 from C to the post office account under the name of the Defendant, and around January 18, 2016, at around 22:00, the Defendant laid down approximately 0.1g of philopon, which was placed on C in the Ecoo vehicle parked on the front road of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D apartment 1104, located on the front road of Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government 1104.
On February 7, 2016, the Defendant transferred KRW 200,000,000 from C to the post office account under the name of the Defendant. On February 8, 2016, at around 24:00, the Defendant dried up approximately 0.4g of philopon, which was contained in C in front of the F apartment located in Yanananan City, on the front of the F apartment located in Yanananan City on February 24:00.
Accordingly, the Defendant traded psychotropic drugs four times.
2. Medication of psychotropic drugs;
A. At around 01:00 on January 27, 2016, the Defendant injected approximately 0.1g of philopon into his arms from a H hotel room located in Mangdong-gu, Mangdong-gu, Mangsan-si, with deep water, and then injection into his arms.
B. Around 20:00 on July 26, 2016, the Defendant injected approximately 0.1g of philopon from H hotel G G G G G G G G G G G G G G G G G G G G G G G G G G G G G G, one-time injection to his own port.
