A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for ten years.

Punishment of the crime

On August 19, 2010, the Defendant sentenced the Incheon District Court to two years and six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jinju Prison on November 27, 2012.

1. The Defendant who violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flag) is not a person handling narcotics, and thus, shall not provide, administer, or possess psychotropic drugs, mecophophones (hereinafter “copphones”).

A. 1. Accordingly, at around 21:30 on November 19, 2013, the Defendant sent approximately 0.1g of the volume of philophone non-flophones contained in the vinyl D located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 'Ecomforcium', which had been held in the hands room, to C in a disposable injection.

2. At around 03:00 on December 06, 2013, the Defendant continued to provide C with approximately 0.2g of philophonephone, which was contained in the vinyl Sheet which had had in advance in the Gelon Gamo-gu Felel Gao-gu Felst guest room.
