Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 19, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten-month imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. in the Changwon District Court M&D branch on May 19, 201, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 27, 2017 and is currently under suspended sentence.
1. 3. On November 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 15:44, the 13-lane 13-gil, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the Defendant: (b) caused the Defendant to intentionally face the Defendant’s right side part of the front door of the vehicle; and (c) tried to acquire the property by demanding the Defendant to take 20,000 won under the weak value as the victim of the traffic accident; (d) however, the Defendant attempted to acquire the property, but the victim suspected of the intention was attempted to refuse the said demand.
4. On November 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 17:03, the victim K on the front road of an apartment complex, holding a stone falling under 47-lane 47, Masan-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Masan-si, Masan-si.
