Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 19, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten (10) years of imprisonment for fraud, etc. in the Changwon District Court M&D branch, and on May 27, 2017, the judgment became final and conclusive on May 27, 2017, and is currently under the suspended sentence period. On January 5, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of seven million won in the same court due to fraud
1. On January 5, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 16:05, on the road of “D cafeteria” located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the Defendant: (b) caused the Defendant to intentionally face the Defendant’s right side part of the said vehicle with the Defendant’s right side; (c) demanded KRW 50,000 for a traffic accident as the victim; and (d) obtained KRW 15,000 for cash from the victimized person.
2. On January 5, 2018, at around 16:30, the Defendant tried to acquire the property by intentionally facing the Defendant’s right part of the lower right part of the said vehicle when the victim’s H horse-type passenger car passes along the Defendant’s side of the Defendant, the Defendant did not commit an attempted crime, even though he tried to acquire the property under the name of the victim who was involved in the traffic accident, but the said E, who was witnessed to the accident, did not go through the wind of 112 reports.
3. On January 5, 2018, at around 17:16, the Defendant tried to acquire property under the name of the victim, i.e., a vehicle from the victim's J satison intentionally at the right side of the above vehicle when the victim's satison car, in front of the "a synthetic public parking lot" located in 56-ro 2-hon of the Masan-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the Defendant refused the request and failed to commit a crime, even though the victim suspected of having caused the occurrence of the accident, failed to bring about an attempted crime on the part of the victim's satis on the right side of the above vehicle.
