A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

1,040,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, in the middle of January 2016 to October 10 of the same year, ordered female employees, such as E, etc. to engage in sexual traffic in return for money from many unspecified customers, in a manner that he/she receives 50,000 won out of 110,000 won from customers to receive brokerage fees from customers, in return for having them cut the scamet from among customers who reported and contacted scamblings and scamets in the Gunsan-si-si, a Gunn-si, and let them do sexual intercourse with customers while delivering beverages, such as coffee, F, and G.

2. The Defendant, from October 2016 to the end of January 2017, 201, placed sedi, water, red sea, etc. in H located in Sinsan-si I, and received KRW 110,00 won from an unspecified number of customers, and paid KRW 60,000 to the above E, etc., and had them do sexual intercourse with customers.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging sexual traffic.
