1. Basic facts

A. From 101 to 1009, 1001 to 1009 of the Gunpo-si Building A (hereinafter “instant building”) is each sectional ownership of the building of this case, 1001 and 1002 among them, N, 1003 are owned by the Appointors, N, 1004, 1005, 1006, 1009, Defendant (Appointed Party), 1007, and 1008 respectively.

B. Of the instant building Nos. 101 through 118, each sectionally owned building is located according to the wall surface of the first floor of the instant building, and there is a party wall that partitionss the section for exclusive use from the time of sale to the point of sale.

At around 1998, the building 1001 to 109 was sold to the so-called open market of open structure without installing a boundary wall partitioninging sections for exclusive use at the time of the sale of commercial buildings. Among the real estate listed in the attached list, the Selection shall successively connect each point of the attached Form 1, 2, 9, 10, 10, 10, 2, 2, 3, 8, 9, 2 to the line of the attached Form No. 2, 3, 8, 9, and 2, the Defendant (Appointed Party) shall successively connect each point of the attached Form No. 4, 5, 6, 7, 4, 10, 10, 3, 4, 10, 10, 9, 8, 13, 13, 16, 17, 17, 17, 17, 18, 16, 17, 17, 17, 4, and 10, 3.
