1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The registration of ownership transfer was completed under the Plaintiff’s name on December 27, 2004 on the ground that each title trust was terminated, on the following grounds: (a) the first K and L completed the registration of ownership preservation on the land of 1/2,000 square meters and J 2,35 square meters (each of the “I land” and “J land”; and (b) the combination of two land was the same.
B. The defendants have long been living in each land of this case with the permission of the plaintiff. The remaining defendants have been paying rent to the plaintiff except that they have been used without paying rent, considering that they are the descendants of the higher clan of the plaintiff clan.
