Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant 1 of the 2016 Highest 144 is a person with a physical disability with a disability of kidne since he/she is not healthy due to his/her occupational father residing in 8 B BB02, Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu.

In order to obtain a loan from a lending company by misrepresenting the same kind-dong C, the Defendant, who was aware of it, stolen a resident registration certificate at the time of the loan from the lending company, and subsequently, the Defendant committed the following criminal acts in order to obtain a loan by providing the lending company with an abstract, such as the resident registration, of the applicant for the loan, with the knowledge that the applicant for the loan is also required by the lending company.

1. The Defendant visited D’s Dong Office five times from October 2, 2014 to May 15, 2015, presented the D Dong Office’s resident registration certificate that was stolen to the employees of D Dong Office five times, and received a false issuance of four copies and four copies of C’s resident registration certificates by deceiving his employees as if he were C, with the care of the employees.

2. On October 2, 2014, the Defendant offered C’s resident registration certificate that was stolen on a non-scheduled date and at the same time, opened a company E-C’s account at the original branch of a bank, and applied for the Internet banking of the said account, thereby obtaining C’s official approval certificate at his/her home PC.

The Defendant, using the C’s official certificate, was issued in a way of printing three copies of the C’s resident registration abstract to his PC by accessing the “civil petition 24 cc” website from September 3, 2015 to October 15, 2015.

The defendant 145 of "2016 Highest 145" is a person who was aware of the fact that he/she was a guest in the beauty room operated by G from Ma from Y of Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu.

On August 31, 2015, the Defendant received a request from G to place a storage case containing a mobile phone device from G and received a request from the said beauty room on August 31, 2015.

G's driver's license was held together.
