Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. At around 03:30 on April 24, 2014, the Defendant: (a) driven a F K7 car at approximately 50cm while under the influence of alcohol 0.091% at the front of the “E” week located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, while under the influence of alcohol 0.091%.

B. On April 24, 2014, around 03:35, the Defendant of the obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) sent a report to the police officer on the road located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “E” (hereinafter “E”); (b) the security guards of the Seoul Gangseo-gu Police Station G District G District and the police officer I wish to take a cell phone, and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties in relation to a police officer’s report by assaulting the police officer’s hand on one-time mobile phone, who tried to drive a mobile phone, and selling the mobile phone, to ascertain the details of the report.

2. On April 24, 2014, around 03:37, the Defendant assaulted the Defendant’s body and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the arrest of flagrant offenders by committing assaulting the Defendant’s body to block the Defendant’s arrest of the Defendant’s first executive officer G District G District at the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Police Station G District as a flagrant offender with the obstruction of performance of official duties.
