A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 2014, the Defendant: (a) discovered one bicycle set of the victim’s non-owned market price, which was bound by a hacks, etc. near a bus terminal located in Ansan-si, with B, around September 2014; (b) cut off the hacks prepared in advance; and (c) the Defendant embarked on the bicycle.

3.
