A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

피고인은 2019. 6. 23. 저녁 무렵 피고인의 친구이자 피해자 B(여, 11세)의 사촌오빠인 C와 술을 마신 후, 피해자 및 피해자의 부(父)인 D과 위 C 등이 거주하는 거창군 E에 있는 집에서 하룻밤 묵게 되었다.
