1. Defendant A

A. A. Around April 2012, the Defendant: (a) recruited to operate a sexual traffic business establishment in the name of G in the name of G in the B and the Htel in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si.

나. 성매매업소 J 운영 피고인은 2013. 2.경 I과 성매매업소를 운영하기로 마음먹고, 2013. 2.경부터 2013. 5.경까지 성남시 분당구 K 오피스텔에서 위 오피스텔 605호, 1122호, 1608호, 2118호, 2521호, 2209호, 2517호 등 7개 방실을 성매매 장소로 임차하여 ‘J’ 이란 상호로 성매매업소를 운영하면서 인터넷 사이트 ‘즐톡, 소라넷, 안마야, 유흥포럼, 원투, 밤야, 탕도리’ 등에 피고인이 게시한 성매매 광고를 보고 찾아온 성명불상의 남자에게 성매매대가로 15만 원을 받고, 인터넷 사이트 ‘여우알바’를 통해 미리 고용한 성매매여성과 성관계하도록 알선하고, 피고인 몫으로 손님 1인당 1만 원을 받는 방법으로 2013. 2.경부터 2013. 5.경까지 750만 원 상당의 수익을 올려 성매매를 알선하였다.
