A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

20,160,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The above additional collection shall be made to the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On March 26, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for 8 months with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, such as Intermediating of Commercial Sex Acts, etc. at the Suwon Methods Institute, and was sentenced to two years of suspended execution on April 3, 2014, and is still under suspended execution.

1. Operational part of sexual traffic establishments

A. The Defendant, along with E, operates a commercial sex trafficking business establishment under the trade name called “D” by leasing Nos. 925 and 1021 of Suwon-si Ftel in Suwon-si. From April 4, 2014 to the same year in collusion with E.

4. Until October, 100, in the instant officetel, female employees arranged sexual traffic by receiving 140,000 won from male customers to have sexual intercourse with male customers.

B. The Defendant, along with E and G, operated a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name “D”, by leasing Nos. 226, 724, 1024, and 1514. In collusion with E and G, the Defendant arranged commercial sex acts by having female employees receive KRW 130,00 or KRW 160,000 from male customers to August 8, 2014 as the price for commercial sex acts, in collusion with E and G, from May 2014 to August 8, 2014.

2. The Defendant, along with E, arranged sexual traffic in collusion with E to operate a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name of Suwon-gu Office Officetel 725, 1023, and 1424, namely, “H”. From September 2, 2014 to October 30, 2014, in collusion with E to arrange sexual traffic by allowing female employees to receive KRW 130,000 as the price for sexual traffic from male customers to receive KRW 130,00 from male customers as the price for sexual traffic.
