A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

Around 01:00 on December 28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) at the “Dju shop” where the victim C (the 33 years of age) was on the part of Suwon-si B and the 1st floor of Suwon-si, and (b) at the “Dju shop”; (c) at the time, the Defendant was faced with a disturbance by committing an indecent act against female customers, such as talking with other customers, taking a large amount of sound, etc.; (d) the Defendant was exposed to two times by the victim, and was at the inside of the victim’s inner part of the body; and (e) the Defendant was injured by the ma and her knives of the victim, which are dangerous objects, 18cc.

On-site photographs of F and C (Evidence No. 2, No. 5) field photographs, CCTV image investigation report (in relation to the submission and agreement of injury diagnosis) on victim's body photographs, investigation report (in relation to the attachment of images), and (in relation to the attachment of images), the defendant's defendant and his defense counsel, who opened the beer part from the victim at the time, is protruding back to the victim with the beer, and the beer fright was unfolded, but the beer fright was unfrighted to the victim, and the beer fright was not directly connected to the victim's face.
