A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol in Ulsan-gun B, Ulsan-gun; (b) discovered the circumstances of the instant case by the slope E belonging to the Ulsan-gun, a police box affiliated with the Ulsan-gun, which received a report; and (c) recommended the Defendant to return home, the Defendant sent the said slope E to the said slope E, while carrying out a bath to read “I saw, rings, I saw, I saw, I am for the police foot”; and (d) pushed the chest of the said slope E by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the police officer's legitimate performance of duty of 112 reporting.
