A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 12, 2016, the Defendant, in violation of the Road Traffic Act, driven a E body-man car at approximately 700 meters distance from the front of the Defendant’s residence in Ulsan-gun C to the front of the Saturday located in D Eup/Myeon, with alcohol content of about 0.114% while under the influence of alcohol.

2.
