Punishment of the crime

On January 24, 2013, when the defendant was prohibited from hunting outside a hunting ground, he released the hunting gun shot gun (name of a gun:bee, firearms number: B) at the D police box located in Jeju City, around 08:45 on January 24, 2013. On January 24, 2013, at around 10:30, the defendant discovered that one marin was seated on the furg in the middle of the shooting station at the coast, and captured the above hunting gun by 200 on January 24, 2013.
