Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants’ co-principal
A. Upon receipt of the request from the pro-Japanese G to the effect that the Defendants and G works for the first time at the gas station operated by their relatives, from April 10, 2013 to December 20, 2013, the Defendants and G worked for the “I gas station” located in the Y in the Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, as the warden of the above gas station from June 24, 2013 to December 20, and from February 24, 2014 to the Hanman, as the warden of the K gas station located in the JJ from February 28, 2014; from February 28, 2014 to December 21, 2013 to the above I gas station, Defendant C served as the captain of the above G gas station from around the first day of December 2013 to the aforesaid I gas station as the manager of the G gas station from around 21, 2013 to the above I gas station.
B.
