Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] Defendant A was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment with labor for special larceny, etc. at the Incheon District Court on January 12, 2017 and 3 years of suspended execution, which became final and conclusive on January 20, 2017, and is currently under suspended execution.
【Criminal Facts】

2. Defendant A
A.
