A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall manufacture, import, store, transport, keep in custody or sell fake petroleum products.

From October 201 to November 2013, the Defendant served as a complaint of a gas station located in B in B of the State from around October 201 to around November 2013, and was in charge of transporting petroleum products and managing gas stations.

On August 9, 2013, the Defendant was instructed from D to deliver 18,000 liters via the Eastyang Environment Co., Ltd., Ltd., which is located in Cheongan-gun, Cheongan-gun, Cheongan-gun, Cheongyang-gun, Cheongyang-do, 516, and was willing to supply fake petroleum products mixed with light oil and oil.

On August 9, 2013, around 10:55, the Defendant supplied 20,000 litres from the E-Tank oil reservoir owned by C in the Dadcop oil reservoir owned by C, C, and moved to C, a gas station located in C, if any.

After that, the Defendant transferred approximately 4,00 litress of light oil loaded in the oil loading of the above tank Creri vehicle to a storage tank of Creri station, and used a storage engine for oil loading of the above tank 2,00 litress of oil, etc., and then moved to the place of business of the Dongyang-gun, Cheongnam-gun, Cheongnam-gun, Cheongnam-gun, the Defendant loaded approximately 2,00 litres of oil in the oil loading of the above tank creri vehicle.

On August 9, 2013, the Defendant, around 14:00, manufactured approximately 16,00 literss, including light oil, and approximately 2,000 literss, which are mixed with light oil in the manner of gasing around 16,00 liters, at a storage tank for the Eastyang Environment (a capacity of 20,000 liters) and supplied them to the Defendant, and received KRW 2,9520,000 (1,640 won per liter) from the Eastyang Environment.

Accordingly, the Defendant manufactured and sold fake petroleum products.
