A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From Jun. 2015 to Oct. 2, 2015, the Defendant accepted the Defendant’s offer to offer KRW 2 million monthly salary at the place of business of an illegal Internet private sports soil operated by D from the Hamman C, which was operated by D, Vietnam, on June 2015.
Accordingly, from Jun. 2, 2015 to Oct. 2, 2015, the Defendant was in charge of managing 12 E Apartment 12 EA on the 12th century in Vietnam, and managing 'F, the Internet private sports soil site already established by D', and C is a program manager of the above site, G, H, etc. as a person in charge of the charge of the filling and exchange of cyber money in the above site, and the person visiting the above site as a person in charge of the above site's cyber money, and as a person in charge of the affairs of filling and exchange of cyber money in the above site, and the person in charge of the above site, from Jun. 2015 to Jun. 2015, 200 to Jun. 12, 2015, charged cyber money with the betting ticket in the domestic and foreign sports sports competition', and paid the amount of money in accordance with the result.

2. From January 29, 2016 to September 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a private place of business of the D’s illegal Internet sports soil site from the HH C on January 29, 2016; and (b) obtained a proposal from HH C on January 2016 that he would offer KRW 2 million a monthly wage of KRW 3 million at the seat of the State.
Accordingly, the Defendant, from January 29, 2016 to September 2016, at the 7th floor of E Apartment 1, E apartment complex 1, 2016, in Vietnam, from September 5, 2016, managed “K, which is the Internet private sports soil site already established by C,” and charged and exchanged cyber money.
