Punishment of the crime

1. No person, other than an entrusted business entity, who violates the National Sports Promotion Act, or who commits an act of providing property or property benefits to a person who has correctly predicted the outcome by issuing voting rights for sports promotion or things similar thereto, and no person shall open a space for gambling for the purpose of profit-making;

Nevertheless, around January 7, 2013, the Defendant opened and operated the Internet private sports soil site with C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, etc.

Accordingly, on January 7, 2013, the Defendant opened a website (O, P) which is an Internet private sports soil site at an office located in Cambodia, China Cheongdo, and Lao around January 7, 2013, and takes charge of the overall control of the above Internet site. C, together with the Defendant, entered the Internet site opening, registration of sports information, bulletin board management, writing management, deposit confirmation, charging, exchange, etc., and D, E, E, F, G, H, I, K, K, L, and M return to two shifts, and entered information board management, shock confirmation, customer counseling, deposit confirmation and charging, game registration, dividend rate adjustment, and game result, etc.

Since July 14, 2013 to February 9, 2017, the Defendant: (a) transferred money from members of the aforementioned NN’s website to the site operation account; and (b) charged members with cyber money, a kind of voting right; and (c) caused members to go on the cyber money in the form of betting, such as “on-board failure,” “bombing”, and “Span social,” in the form of betting, by forecasting various sports games that are going at home and abroad posted on each of the above Internet sites; and (d) caused members to go on the cyber money in the form of betting, i.e., “on-board”, “on-board” and “spanish social,” in which the outcome of the games is predicted after the completion of the games, if there is heavy predicting and predicting the cyber money betting by members, then the cyber money members pursuant to the pre-determined dividend rate.
