A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than an entrusted business entity, who is the Seoul Olympic Winter Games Foundation or the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation or a person who is not an entrusted business entity, shall provide property or property benefits to persons who win the result by issuing voting rights for sports promotion or others similar thereto, and no person shall open a space for gambling for profit.

C along with B, opened a website, registered sports information, bulletin board management, written management, deposit confirmation, charging, and exchange, etc., and the Defendant collected that D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, and L will verify deposits and charge cyber money, and enter the results of the games.

Since September 2014, from around June 201 to June 2015, the Defendant, along with the foregoing B, transferred money to the website operation account by members of Cambodia, and charged the above “M” cyber money, which is a kind of voting right, to members, in the form of betting in the form of a pre-determined distribution rate, by forecasting the winning and winning points of various sports games held in the Republic of Korea and abroad posted on each of the above Internet sites, and allowing members to face cyber money in the form of a pre-determined betting method, such as “on-board plaque,” “baf”, and “Span social,” and if the predicted result is found after the end of the competition, it would be difficult to confiscate and predict the cyber money which members of the member’ betting, then distributing the cyber money to the members according to the pre-determined distribution rate.
