Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On May 3, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of larceny at night at the Seoul Northern District Court on May 3, 2018, and the execution of the sentence was completed at the Seoul Eastern Detention Center on February 1, 2019.
【Criminal Facts】
1. At around 00:10 on May 14, 2020, the Defendant discovered that the victim D was under the influence of alcohol before the Cmina bank located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, and subsequently stolen Samsung Credit Card No. 1 (the card No. e) owned by the victim at the family of the victim located next to it.
2. Violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act and fraud;
A. On May 14, 2020, the Defendant purchased tobacco 2 A from the victim G convenience store located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, at the horse, at the H convenience store in the management of the victim G, and used a stolen credit card by deceiving the victim by presenting the stolen Samsung Credit Card as above and doing so as if he had the right to use the said Credit Card as if he had the right to use the said Credit Card, and then paid the amount of KRW 9,000. On May 14, 2020, the Defendant, at around 01:33, 2020, boarded a taxi that the victim was driving before Seongbuk-gu Seoul Seongbuk-gu I and arrived at the front of the Seoul Seongbuk-gu Seoul J market, and used a stolen credit card by deceiving the victim by presenting the stolen Samsung F&C and doing so as to have the right to use the said credit card as if he had the right to use the said credit card. The Defendant was provided with a stolen credit card transport service of KRW 6,600 at the market price from the victim.
