A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. A thief and violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Credit, and fraud on November 15, 2014;
A. A. On November 15, 2014, around 13:13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with a hand room consisting of KRW 1.60,000 in cash owned by the victim D; (b) credit card No. 4; (c) one motor vehicle key; and (d) two identification cards, from “C” hospital located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangseo-gu, Seoul.
B. On November 15, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Specialized Credit Financial Business, around 13:20 on November 15, 2014, used a stolen credit card by using a new credit card in the name of D, which stolen KRW 3,000, while getting aboard the F taxi operated by the Victim E (73 tax) in the vicinity of the said C Hospital, and getting out of the 1st place in the valley of Gangseo-gu Seoul Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul.

The Defendant, like the statement in B, presented the new card in the name of D, which was stolen, to both the victim E, and settled the taxi fare of 3,000 won, thereby acquiring financial benefits equivalent to the same amount from the victim.
2. A thief and violation of the Act on Specialized Credit Financial Business, and fraud on November 20, 2014.
A. From November 20, 2014, around 12:00 on November 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with a hand room consisting of USD 1,300 in cash owned by the Victim J (Iussia) in the first floor of “I” hospital located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H; (b) KRW 1,300 in cash owned by the victim J (Isia; tataban; credit card issued by Sberban; and (c) KRW 2 in a passport.
B. On November 20, 2014, the Defendant used a stolen credit card by settling the amount equivalent to 5,000 won of the taxi fee under the J’s name, taatta Bank credit card, which was settled under the J’s name, by a taxi driver with the numberless taxi operating in the vicinity of the 1159-6 “Sewan mountain basin” located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul.
2) On November 20, 2014, around 12:35, 2014, the Defendant purchased 2 A tobacco to be viewed as a horse 5,400 won in the market price from the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K 1 L convenience store, and purchased 2 A tobacco to be viewed as a horse 5,400 won in its name.
