Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant committed the following crimes in a state that the Defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to mental illness (the abuse of alcohol and mental division).

1. On August 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) reported the victim D (17 years old) who sits in the rear seat of the bus front while getting on and off the bus in Gangseo-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on August 29, 2015, the Defendant, at around 07:10, posted the victim’s bridge between the Defendant and the victim’s bridge, and said, “fluoral defect” was called as “fluoral defect” on the part of the victim.
