A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 30, 2012, the Defendant was released on July 30, 2013 in the Chuncheon District Court’s Yeongdeungpo Branch for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Operation) and on August 29, 2013, the parole period was expired on July 30, 2013.

1. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person engaged in driving a B car.

On July 19, 2014, the Defendant driven the above car on the 18:14th day of July, 2014, and led to the two-lanes between the three-lanes from the direction side to the intersection of the Yong-dong Highway, which is located at the intersection of the parallel of Nowon-gu, Seoul.

Since there was a three-distance intersection where signal apparatus was installed, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by making a person engaged in driving service well look at the right and the right and the right and the right, and accurately manipulating the steering direction and the brake system.

2. On July 19, 2014, at around 18:09, the Defendant driven a Brenk car without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 5 km from the front side of the Hegyeong-si rental-type F of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on the road of the Yang-gun F of the Yari-gu Special Metropolitan City on the same day to the intersection of the Young-dong Highway which is located in the same port side of the same day at around 18:14 on the same day.

3. The defendant violating the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be the date and place mentioned in paragraph (2).
