1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 70,000,000 and 12% per annum from February 14, 2020 to the date of full payment.

The Plaintiff loaned KRW 70,000,00 to Defendant B on April 24, 2018; on the same day, Defendant C’s joint and several surety for the above loan obligations owed by Defendant C against the Plaintiff is either not disputed between the parties, or may be recognized according to the purport of each of the evidence Nos. 1 and 2 as well as the entire pleadings.

According to the above facts of recognition, barring any special circumstance, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the above KRW 70,000,000 as well as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from February 14, 2020 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the complaint of this case.

3. The Defendants asserted that the Plaintiff transferred the above claim to D and E on June 5, 2019, but there is no evidence to acknowledge it.

4. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
