1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 70,000,000 and 20% per annum from December 31, 2014 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
On May 29, 2013, the Plaintiff lent KRW 70,000 to Defendant B Co., Ltd., and there is no dispute between the parties that Defendant C has jointly and severally guaranteed the above loan obligations. Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 70,00,000 and the amount calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from December 31, 2014 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint.
