Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On December 31, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by inserting such a gap as the victim D’s surveillance neglected at the 28,900 won market price in the 2nd floor clothes store located in Young-gu, Young-si; and (b) inserting 18,000 won in the market price from the 1st floor miscellaneous store; and (c) inserting 2,000 won in the 18,00 won in the 1st floor miscellaneous store at the 1st floor, 7,500 won in the 2,00 won in the market price.
2. On December 31, 2015, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim G from F located in G located in Young-si District E in a manner that puts the victim G into a bank the amount of 1 to 1 to 5 to 1 to 5 to 5 to 5 to 10,000 won of the market price at the street store; (b) the amount of 1 to 19,800 won of the market price at the location of the first floor floor; and (c) the amount of 5 to 1 to 1 to 7,800 won of the market price at the location of the first floor floor; and (d) the amount of g to 7,800 won of the market price.
3. On December 31, 2015, at around 18:00, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim J by means of inserting the gap in which the surveillance by the victim J was neglected; (b) inserting four mining charges equivalent to the market price of KRW 2,500, which was displayed in the first floor room above the ground.
4. On November 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim D with a copy of the area equivalent to KRW 2,400, which was located in G in Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-si; (b) around 20:30 on November 26, 2015, having been negligent in monitoring the victim D.
5. On November 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s K’s gaps in F located in Young-si District E on November 26, 2015, with a copy of the land equivalent to KRW 3,550, which was located in G.
6. On December 10, 2015, from around 09:00 to around 21:00 on December 20, 2015, the Defendant cut off the sum of KRW 34,200,00 with two penalties equivalent to the amount of KRW 6,900, Twitts equivalent to KRW 900, 7,900, twitts, 9,400, and 5,000.
