[2017 Highest 5952] around 15:00 on August 24, 2017, the Defendant stolen the victim E, who was an employee of the above store, with one 25,000 lower unit of 25,00 won at the market price, which was equipped with the above store by taking advantage of the gaps in surveillance of the victim E, an employee of the above store, at the first floor D store underground in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seocho-gu.

[2017 Highest 6567] On September 10, 2017, the Defendant stolen goods of KRW 217,660,00 total market price on three occasions, including the following three occasions from around September 10, 201 to around November 11, 201: (a) at the first floor G store underground of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government FF building, the gap of the staff H’s supervision over the damaged employee’s H had one white gun at the market price of KRW 179,000; and (b) from around that time, the Defendant stolen goods of KRW 217,660, total market price.

[2017 Highest 6568] On September 14, 2017, the Defendant, at around 08:30 on September 14, 2017, 2017, was planted without calculating food equivalent to KRW 5,150,00 in total, such as one string infins and one string infins, and one sprink infinsing with a large amount of frying, using the gap in management in the case of the victim I’s 1st floor located under the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F Building.

On August 10, 2017, around 12:00 on August 12:10, 2017, the Defendant, at the first floor N convenience store of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government FF, displayed in the store using the gaps in which the surveillance of the victimO was neglected, stolen this by citing kimchi in the aggregate amounting to KRW 4,100, won.

2. On September 4, 2017, around 15:30 on September 4, 2017, the Defendant: (a) cited one World Cup 1,200 won in which the victim’s O was displayed at the convenience store NE of the first floor of Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, using the gaps in which surveillance by the victim’sO was neglected; and (b) stolen it.

3. On September 9, 2017, the Defendant observed the victim R at the first floor Q Burial in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government P underground around September 18, 2017.
