Punishment of the crime

On August 31, 2014, at around 03:50, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol from the “D Sovietbook” located under Gangseo-si C, was fluencing and talked with the victim E (the age of 53) who was fluoring on the floor, and tried to conduct physical fighting.
