A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 2014, the Defendant leased the Seo-gu Seoul 626, Seo-gu, Daejeon around December 2014 to operate a business of arranging sexual traffic and to use it as a place for sexual traffic, and employed D (the 30 years of age, the suspension of indictment on the same day) and E (the suspension of indictment on the same day).

On March 28, 2015, the Defendant sent G (a stay of prosecution on the condition of completing education programs for sex purchasers on the same day) to the said place, which reported and contacted advertisements recorded in “F” (F), a public relations site for entertainment business sites on March 28, 2015, and arranged the said E to receive KRW 1.50,000 won for the said G and sexual intercourse with the said G. From March 27, 2015 to March 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) had the said D and E perform the said act of selling sex over a total of five times from the male, and (b) had them receive KRW 1.350,000 per sex from the said D to arrange for the said act of selling sex with the said G.
