A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 12, 2014, the Defendant leased the Seo-gu Daejeon Ctel 402, Seo-gu, Daejeon, and employed D (the suspension of indictment on the same day, 36 years of age, and the same day) in order to use it as a place for arranging sexual traffic.

On September 29, 2014, the Defendant sent the E (the suspension of indictment on condition of completing education programs for sexual purchasers on the same day) that was found through the Defendant’s mobile phone text messages to the above location, and arranged the above D to receive 130,000 won in the chemical zone and sexual intercourse with the above E during the period from July 2014 to September 29, 2014, and had the above D receive 130,000 won in total from the male, and sell 130,000 won in daily average 3 times in terms of brokerage fees from the above D, and arranged the commercial sex acts for the business of arranging the commercial sex acts by receiving 40,000 won in each case from the above D as intermediary fees.
