A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 10, 2014, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc., has leased the Btel 1019 rooms and 1302 rooms to use them as a place of commercial sex acts and employed the women of commercial sex acts.

A. On September 2, 2014, around 22:20 on September 2, 2014, in order to regulate commercial sex acts by pretending customers, the police officers belonging to the Busan Middle Police Station, who found in order to receive 1:30,000 won of commercial sex acts from the police officers belonging to the Busan Middle Police Station and instruct the said female employees to engage in commercial sex acts;

B. On September 5, 2014, around 16:15, the Defendant reported and contacted advertisements of sexual traffic business establishments posted in the name of “C” on the Internet, to receive KRW 1.30,000 won as a chemical agent, and accordingly, announced as above 1302 so that female employees E and sexual traffic may be conducted;

C. On October 07, 2014, around 01:15, a business of arranging sexual traffic was conducted from August 2014 to October 09, 2014, by guiding a female employee F with the above 1302 so that a female employee F may engage in sexual traffic or similar behavior.

2. No one shall engage in advertisements or commercial sex acts for any business establishment that performs commercial sex acts, arrangement of commercial sex acts, etc. in violation of the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, etc.;

Nevertheless, on August 2014, the Defendant paid 200,000 won per month to G, which is a brokerage site for commercial sex acts, and advertised commercial sex acts.
