1. The Defendant’s KRW 12,173,136 as well as the annual rate of KRW 5% from January 9, 2012 to August 23, 2013 to the Plaintiff.

1. The following facts can be acknowledged in full view of Gap evidence 10-2 and 3-3 and witness Eul's witness's witness's testimony.

On December 26, 2011, the public official of the Busan Immigration Office, who belongs to the defendant, was informed from the Korean informant on December 26, 201 that Chinese workers, who are not eligible for sojourn in the Busan Shipping Daegu Apartment Construction Site, are employed.

B. The 12 public officials belonging to the Busan Immigration Office entered the construction site on January 9, 2012 without the presence of the Chinese language interpreter and entered the construction site on January 12:35, 2012, and upon the employer’s consent, the 4-5 level of assembly-type container at the level of 4-5 square meters at the construction site at which the Chinese workers were placed, in accordance with the order of the head of the D team leader with the employer’s consent.

C. Eight foreign workers, including the Plaintiff, were employed at the time, and eight foreign workers, including the Defendant, were placed in company. Five workers, who were placed on the wall side of their entrance, were placed in the entrance door, without any particular resistance, coming from or left door to the Plaintiff, E, and F, who attempted to be placed at the left door of the entrance, and the public officials belonging to the Defendant did so again, and there was a physical fighting. During that process, the Plaintiff suffered injury, such as the removal of the bones of knenenene, the closure of the bones, the right slot, the right string, etc., which are faced by the public officials belonging to the Defendant, was missing, and three public officials belonging to the Defendant were string.

The public officials belonging to the defendant were unable to present the identification card to the workers on the vehicle because they did not have any identification card even though they demanded the workers to present the identification card, and all unregistered foreigners (illegal aliens) are identified on the vehicle after inquiring them about their identity in the vehicle.
