1. Facts of recognition;

A. On October 18, 2009, the Plaintiff and the Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant A”) entered into a joint production agreement (hereinafter “instant joint production agreement”) regarding “B” (hereinafter “instant drone”).
