A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

"2014 Highest 1358"

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On August 22, 2013, around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) 50,000 won for D on the street in the vicinity of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) Metepia (one philophone) 0.05g, a psychotropic drug contained in a disposable injection machine; (c)

B. At around 23:00 on October 2013, 2013, around 23:50, 50,000 won for each 50,000 flophones were 0.1g, in front of the Southern Terminal located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seocho-gu, along with D, in a non-fluoring telephone.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones over two occasions.

2. Medication of phiphones.

(a) on April 23:30, 2013, GMophone 206 located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F in a single-use injection machine containing approximately 0.03g of phiphones per minute in a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and injection into the sphosome;

(b) around 23:00 on the first day of September 2013, mixing the quantity of a philophone per minute ( approximately 0.05 g) in the dwelling of the above accused with coffee;

C. Around the first day following the new wall of the first paragraph, 402 philophones in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H containing approximately 0.05 gh in a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and injection into the sphophones.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones over three occasions.

"2014 Highest 1522"

1. On October 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around the new wall on October 18, 2013, 100,000 won for D in front of the office of a siren located in Songpa-gu Seoul; and (b) for a single dose for psychotropic drugs (hereinafter referred to as “one-time penphone”).

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones as such.

2. The Defendant dypon medication at around that time by mixing the quantity of the salopon once with coffee at the residence of the Defendant of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I 316.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones as such.
