1. The Defendant’s KRW 31,550,00 for the Plaintiff, and KRW 5% per annum from July 27, 2017 to November 22, 2017, and the following.

In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in Gap evidence 1-1 to Gap evidence 18-2 (including documentary evidence with a serial number), the same facts as the written evidence of the cause of the claim can be acknowledged.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff the oil price of KRW 31,550,00 ( = 32.250,000 won) and the rate of 5% per annum prescribed in the Civil Act from July 27, 2017 to November 22, 2017 (the day on which a duplicate of the complaint of this case was served) and 15% per annum prescribed in the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the following day to the day of full payment.

The plaintiff's claim is accepted and the decision is rendered in favor of the plaintiff.
